FISTF YOUTH CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
Article 1 - Qualified teams
The Youth representatives of all the clubs affiliated to FISTF can take part in the Youth Champions League for team. In this competition every club can register more than one team. The first team will take the name of the club, the next ones will be indicated with different names. At the time of registration each club will provide a list of teams, well distinct and not changeable during the event. Youth teams are also admitted to Youth Champions League if they are made up of under players of clubs that do not have their own youth team, belonging to the same region or nation, that join together to form new teams.
Article 2 - Composition of the teams
The teams will be composed of three players, belonging to the U12, U15 or U19 categories. In each team can play only one U19 even if more than an U19 player can be present in the list. If U19 are present in both two teams, they must obligatorily play one against the other.
Article 3 - Formula of the event
Depending on the number of teams registered, such teams will be organized in groups as numerous as possible, so as to allow the young players to play a large number of matches. After the group phase we will proceed with the knock out system, with the creation of two tournaments. The Youth Champions League, will be played by the qualified teams, while the Youth Europa League, will be played by the eliminated teams.
Article 4 - Execution of the draw
Before the start of the event, each club will present a list of their players containing the names of the team captain and any accompanying manager. The captain will be responsible for delivering the list of players summoned for each game, the draw and the deployment of the team. During the draw and during the match, only the 3 members indicated in the list of each team and the referees of the match are allowed to stay within the gaming sector. The draw will take place as follows: The captain of each team will deliver the list of players to the head referee, who will deploy the players in the order established in the list. If only one team will play with an U19, he (she) will have to play with the first U15, indicated in the list.
Article 5 - Limits to the calculation of the goal difference (Rule of 5 goals)
In any case, the goals scored by a player in a single match out of 5 in goal difference will not be taken into consideration. All the matches with a result superior to 5-0, will be considered 5-0.
Article 6 – Substitutions
At the end of the first half a team replacement is scheduled. The only limitation is that a U19 player can only replace another U19 player.
Article 7 - Help and protection of the teams
All the teams inscriptions will be free. To avoid transfers and a wild market of the young players, only the players registered in previous season with the same club can play the Youth Champions League. Players that make inscription in a team for the first time can play freely.
Article 8 - Match Procedure
1. For each team match, the team’s captain shall present a maximum of 4 players in the playing area. Maximum two of them are U19. In that case, one of them must be the reserve.
2. The captains will write the order of his players on paper to the referee. Players number 1 of each team will play together; players number 2 will play together and player number 3 will play together.
3. If a team has one U19, he(she) must always be placed as number 1.
4. At half time, both captains have the opportunity to substitute one of their 3 players. The referee shall be notified of this substitution. The reserve player takes over any sanction cards of the player he replaced.
5. If the reserve is U19, he(she) may replace only another U19.
Article 9 – Venue of the event
The first edition of the Youth Champions league will be held in Frameries (Belgium) on 2nd and 3rd March 2019. A.S.Hennuyer and Oliver Pere will be the organizers of the event

Cari amici, nello spirito della crescita del nostro movimento, è molto importante creare motivazioni per i nostri club, lavorare allo sviluppo e alla promozione del gioco tra le giovani generazioni. La creazione della Youth Champions League aiuterà a raggiungere questo obiettivo. YOUTH CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FISTF
Articolo 1 - Squadre qualificate
I rappresentanti dei giovani di tutti i club affiliati alla FISTF possono prendere parte alla Youth Champions League a squadre. In questa competizione ogni club può registrare più di una squadra. La prima squadra prenderà il nome del club, le successive saranno indicati con nomi diversi. Al momento della registrazione ogni club fornirà un elenco di squadre, ben distinte e non modificabili durante l'evento. Le squadre giovanili sono anche ammesse alla Youth Champions League se sono composte da giocatori di club che non hanno una propria squadra giovanile, appartenenti alla stessa regione o nazione, che si uniscono per formare nuove squadre.
Articolo 2 - Composizione delle squadre
Le squadre saranno composte da tre giocatori, appartenenti alle categorie U12, U15 o U19. In ogni squadra può giocare solo un U19 anche se più di un giocatore U19 può essere presente nella lista. Se gli U19 sono presenti in entrambe le due squadre, devono obbligatoriamente giocare l'uno contro l'altro.
Articolo 3 - Formula dell'evento
A seconda del numero di squadre registrate, tali squadre saranno organizzate in gruppi il più numerosi possibile, in modo da consentire ai giovani giocatori di giocare un numero elevato di partite. Dopo la fase a gironi si procederà con il sistema knock out, con la creazione di due tornei. La Youth Champions League, sarà giocata dalle squadre qualificate, mentre la Youth Europa League, sarà giocata dalle squadre eliminate.
Articolo 4 - Esecuzione dei sorteggi
Prima dell'inizio dell'evento, ogni club presenterà un elenco dei propri giocatori contenente i nomi del capitano della squadra e di eventuali dirigenti accompagnatori. Il capitano sarà responsabile della consegna della lista dei giocatori convocati per ogni partita, il sorteggio e lo schieramento della squadra. Durante il sorteggio e durante la partita, solo i 3 membri indicati nella lista di ogni squadra e gli arbitri della partita sono autorizzati a rimanere all'interno del settore del gioco. Il sorteggio avrà luogo come segue: Il capitano di ogni squadra consegnerà l'elenco dei giocatori al capo arbitro, che schiererà i giocatori nell'ordine stabilito nell'elenco. Se solo una squadra giocherà con un U19, lui (lei) dovrà giocare con il primo U15, indicato nella lista.
Articolo 5 - Limiti al calcolo della differenza reti (regola di 5 gol)
In ogni caso, i goal segnati da un giocatore in una singola partita su 5 nella differenza reti non saranno presi in considerazione. Tutte le partite con un risultato superiore a 5-0 saranno considerate 5-0.
Articolo 6 - Sostituzioni
Alla fine del primo tempo è prevista max una sostituzione per squadra. L'unica limitazione è che un giocatore U19 può sostituire solo un altro giocatore U19.
Articolo 7 - Aiuto e protezione delle squadre
Tutte le iscrizioni alle squadre saranno gratuite. Per evitare trasferimenti e un mercato selvaggio dei giovani giocatori, solo i giocatori registrati nella stagione precedente con lo stesso club possono giocare nella Youth Champions League. I giocatori che fanno iscrizioni in una squadra per la prima volta possono giocare liberamente.
Articolo 8 - Procedura di gara
1. Per ogni partita della squadra, il capitano della squadra deve presentare un massimo di 4 giocatori nell'area di gioco. Massimo due di loro sono U19. In tal caso, uno di questi deve essere la riserva.
2. I capitani scriveranno l'ordine dei propri giocatori sulla distinta di gara. I giocatori numero 1 di ogni squadra giocheranno insieme; i giocatori numero 2 giocheranno insieme e il giocatore numero 3 giocherà insieme.
3. Se una squadra ha un U19, lui (lei) deve sempre essere posto come numero 1.
4. Nell'intervallo, entrambi i capitani hanno l'opportunità di sostituire uno dei loro 3 giocatori. L'arbitro deve essere informato di questa sostituzione. Il giocatore di riserva prende tutte le carte sanzione del giocatore che ha sostituito.
5. Se la riserva è U19, lui (lei) può sostituire solo un altro U19.
Articolo 9 - Sede dell'evento
La prima edizione della lega Youth Champions si terrà a Frameries (Belgio) il 2 e 3 marzo 2019. A.S.Hennuyer e Oliver Pere saranno gli organizzatori dell'evento
